Delivering the 2-hour symposium talk in Toledo, Ohio on the topic: "Navigating Hard Conversations with Emotional Intelligence."
Engaging with my audience at CodeMash Conference (2026) in Sandusky, Ohio. This session focused on helping managers to discover conversational strategies that would help feedback land more effectively for their employees.
Getting to know the members in your audience makes all the difference when connecting to your group. Before each of my sessions, I make it a point to walk around and greet attendees, asking them individually what brought them to the session.

Presenting at the 2025 WitCon Conference held at OSU’s Fawcett Center in Columbus, Ohio. This session was on “Leveraging AI for Tough Personalities,” focused on bridging soft skills with AI training for individuals new to leveraging modern tools for communication skills.
