About Us

Most teams aren't struggling because of a lack of talent. They're struggling because that talent isn't being used in the right ways. Questing Insight helps leaders and teams understand the people they work with, using data-driven frameworks to close skill gaps and build emotionally intelligent team cultures.

Founded by Sarah Kundla, a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach and ATD Master Instructional Designer, every experience is research-backed, thoughtfully designed, and built around your team's specific context, not off-the-shelf content.

Services Offered:

- The Team EQ + Strengths Lab: our signature workshop combining Gallup's CliftonStrengths data with Emotional Intelligence frameworks to help teams actually work better together. We identify individual talents within the team, navigate common blind spots, address existing skill gaps, and discover ways for the team to collaborate more efficiently.
- 1:1 CliftonStrengths Coaching: structured sessions to help individuals understand their talents and apply them toward real professional goals.
- Conference Speaking & Breakout Sessions: research-backed, story-driven sessions on Emotional Intelligence, feedback, and leadership topics.

Great teams aren't built by accident. With the right tools, frameworks, and support, the growth that follows is real, measurable, and lasting.

Let's build something together.
