Here at Puzzle Piece Solutions HR & Operations, we love the challenge of a good puzzle – figuring out how the pieces fit together to see a fabulous picture emerge is thrilling! Our philosophy is that a business’s operations are a big puzzle composed of many pieces that can be shifted around, identified as missing then found, and put together to support something vital, needed, and amazing. Furthermore, we’re passionate about the necessity of organizations that provide healing, helpful, supportive services and/or products for people, whether that is through healthcare, education, family support, local businesses, etc. We thrive on providing the necessary operational support that then allows business owners and managers to focus on what they do best – further the mission of their organization and the goods/services they offer. We will learn your organization’s operations, inside and out, then develop and implement needed plans to improve their efficiencies as well as provide ongoing needed maintenance support.
