Zach Weprin is the co-founder and CEO of FUSIAN, a fresh-casual sushi experience that operates 12 restaurants in Cincinnati, Dayton, and Columbus with several more coming soon throughout all of Ohio. In 2010, along with his best friend from childhood and brother (all in Dayton), he set out to create a place where they wanted to eat great sushi, but couldn’t find.
