Erin Ressa is a Business Banking Relationship Manager with more than 15 years of banking experience and over a decade with KeyBank. She partners with business owners to deliver tailored financial solutions that improve cash flow, support growth, and strengthen long-term success.
As Chair of Key4Women Columbus since 2019, Erin has been dedicated to empowering women entrepreneurs through education, networking, and community engagement. She is actively involved in supporting the local business community through her service on the boards of Small Biz Cares, the Women's Small Business Accelerator (WSBA), the Diversity Chamber of Central Ohio, and the Columbus Chamber Women's Advisory Board. Erin also contributes her time and expertise as a member of the Women in Business Committee for the Westerville Area Chamber and the NAWBO Membership Committee, helping foster connections, advocacy, and growth opportunities for business owners throughout Central Ohio.
A proud mother of four and soon-to-be grandmother, Erin enjoys family travel, supporting her children's activities of travel baseball and taekwondo, visiting Las Vegas, binge-watching great TV shows, and building LEGO creations in her spare time.
